SERVICE AREAS – CONVEYANCING

Areas We Service
Conveyancing for South East Melbourne and surrounding areas to Warragul
If you’re buying, selling, or transferring property in Melbourne’s south-east growth corridor or out through West Gippsland, local knowledge helps.
In Clyde North and nearby City of Casey growth areas, we often handle newer homes, like townhouses and house-and-land purchases, so it’s important to manage extra documents and timing early. Around Drouin and Warragul, many deals are standard residential, but the wider Baw Baw area also includes town-fringe and acreage properties, so confirming access, services, and inclusions upfront helps keep things smooth.
At Conveyancing Today, we support clients from South East Melbourne through to Warragul and surrounding towns, with easy-to-understand fees, clear communication, and a local team that knows what typically comes up in this part of Victoria.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you only work in the areas marked on the map?
The main areas we service are for all of South East Melbourne and West Gippsland. This includes Pakenham, Officer, Clyde North, Berwick, Cranbourne, Drouin and Warragul.
While these are our main service areas, we often assist in nearby suburbs too. So if you’re close by, contact us and we’ll confirm.
Do I need to visit your office in person?
Not usually. Most clients handle everything by phone and email, with appointments available when needed. We can arrange something that works well as we go through the process.
Can you help if I'm buying or selling but I live elsewhere?
Yes. Many clients are relocating, purchasing an investment, or selling from interstate. We can manage the full process remotely.
How much does conveyancing cost?
We offer fixed-fee conveyancing, tailored to your situation. You’ll receive a written quote upfront, including standard professional fees and typical disbursements.
When should I contact a conveyancer?
Expected Costs: We price our services reasonably well to be competitive enough but not under sell ourselves. For a Standard Conveyance of a property under $1 mil it is 850.00 (exc GST)
How long does conveyancing usually take in this region?
Most settlements are 30–60 days, but timing depends on finance, contract conditions, and the property type. We’ll confirm the key dates once we review your contract.
Can you handle both my sale and purchase (same day settlement)?
Yes. We regularly coordinate linked transactions to keep timing and funds aligned.
Are you licensed and do you use electronic settlement?
Yes. Your file is managed by a licensed conveyancer, and we use secure electronic settlement systems where applicable.
